Andrew Mrkvicka, LCSW

Elizabeth is an experienced licensed professional counselor (LPC) who has been in practice since 2013. She completed her Master’s Degree in Counseling with a certificate in Depth Psychology at Regis University.

She completed extensive training and certification as a Psychedelic Assisted Therapist through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in 2023. This included 250+ hours of study included learning from luminaries such as Gabor Mate, Bessel Van Der Kolk, Rick Doblin, Michael Mithoefer, Michael Pollan, and Alex and Allyson Grey.

    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): She utilizes EMDR to help clients process trauma. She is currently a “Consultant-in-Training” to support fellow therapists in their process of seeking EMDR certification.

    • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): Elizabeth employs DBT techniques to support emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

    • Neurofeedback: As a trained neurofeedback provider, she integrates neuroscience principles into her practice.
